Over the next stops, taste a curated mix of classic Mexico City tacos — al pastor, tacos de canasta, carnitas, campechanos, suadero, lengua or tripa — chosen by your chef-host based on the day's best vendors. Expect up to 10 tacos in total, generous but not all-you-can-eat.

The route ends inside Mercado de San Juan, one of CDMX's most adventurous food markets. Here you'll try edible insects if you're curious, talk pre-Hispanic ingredients, and close the experience with a casual mezcal or tequila tasting — no formal lecture, just how Mexicans drink agave at the table.
