    Class Description:
    We’ll meet at the main entry of Parque La Tapatía in Chapultepec Park’s second section. From there, we’ll find a serene spot near the lake to begin our practice. The class starts with a gentle warm-up, followed by a guided acroyoga session tailored for beginners and intermediate practitioners. You'll learn basic static poses such as bird, throne, and whale, and progress to transitions and washing machines. The session concludes with a relaxing stretch and a soothing Thai massage.

    Whether you’re new to acroyoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class is designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and trust in your partner.
