At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Mérida to start a tour of the famous and mysterious Puuc Route, a region renowned for its impressive archaeological legacy. The word Puuc means “hill” or “mountain” in Mayan, and refers to this unique area of southern Yucatan.

During the journey, your guide will share information about the history, architecture, and symbolism of these impressive Mayan structures.
We'll continue to Uxmal, one of Mexico's most important archaeological sites and a World Heritage Site. Here you can admire the Pyramid of the Magician, the Governor's Palace, and other iconic buildings that reflect the grandeur of the Mayan civilization.
Halfway through the tour, we'll stop for a typical Yucatecan lunch at a local restaurant. At the end, we'll comfortably return to your hotel in Mérida, concluding a day full of history, culture, and traditions.
