Activity itinerary

We will hike for 60 to 75 minutes on the beautiful hiking trails of Beaman Park while incorporating some mindful meditations and learn all about the benefits of forest bathing as the trail takes us over bridges and down by Henry Creek followed by a 60-75 minute yoga class on the gorgeous, high, wood deck, surounded by more trees allowing us to continue our forest bathing experience. The yoga class will be personalized for your group. Rocking chairs available too :)
