Your day begins at Trou aux Cerfs, an old volcanic crater with beautiful views over the island.

Then you visit Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao), a calm and spiritual lake surrounded by temples and statues.

Next, you head into Black River Gorges National Park and stop at the Black River Viewpoint, where you can enjoy amazing views of green valleys and mountains.

After that, you can visit the Rhumerie de Chamarel, where you learn how rum is made and taste some local flavors.
If you prefer not to visit the rum factory, we offer an alternative stop at Bois Chéri Tea Factory, where you can discover Mauritian tea and enjoy a tasting.

You will then go to the beautiful Chamarel Waterfall and feel the fresh mist as the water falls into the forest below.

The day ends at the unique Seven Coloured Earths (Chamarel), famous for its colorful sand dunes in shades of red, purple, and brown.(Entrance not included)
