In this guided 1-hour Wine Blending Experience, you'll be led by our wine host through the art of blending red wines. You'll experiment with different varietals, explore how each one contributes to the structure and character of the final wine, and craft a blend that is entirely your own.

On arrival, enjoy a welcome glass of rosé. Throughout the session, a beautifully curated platter is served alongside your tasting, making for a relaxed and indulgent afternoon at the vineyard.

At the close of the session, you'll take home a 375ml bottle of your personalised blend, sealed and labelled, along with a wine blending booklet to help you remember the experience and continue your wine journey.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a date afternoon, gathering a group of friends, or simply looking for something memorable to do in the Matakana region, this experience delivers genuine warmth, education and enjoyment in equal measure.
