Know before you book

    • We will be ascending Masada on foot via the Snake Trail. All participants must be physically fit and able to hike uphill along uneven footpaths in desert terrain

What you can expect

The day begins at Masada, the ancient desert fortress overlooking the Dead Sea, where you will ascend via the Snake Trail and explore the remains of Herod the Great’s palaces and fortifications. After taking in the sweeping sunrise, continue to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, a lush oasis filled with waterfalls, freshwater springs, and desert wildlife.
