Mardi Himal Base Camp Yoga Trek is renowned for its beauty in a solitude trail on the lap of the Annapurna Himalayan range. This trail will take you to the highest altitude of 4500 meters.
Mardi Himal Base Camp trail is a newly operated trail, so fewer trekkers will be seen throughout the trek. This will make it easy for yoga practitioners.
Yoga has a long history; it is a way to collectively approach both Body and Soul into one single string. It is a way to keep self-fit and regain consciousness. Yoga is the elixir of ‘Sanatan Dharma’ to connect the self with the universe, to connect the individual to the Brahma.
For thousands of years the importance of Yoga has always been highlighted, keeping oneself fit in every way. Hermits still traveled miles on the lap of the Himalayas to practice yoga. They believe the pious air of the surrounding environment of the Himalayas will provide them with fruitful results.
Discover Altitude has been involved in yoga tours for a long time. We provide professional yoga teachers for the entire trek, who will help you to do yoga in the right way throughout the trek.
