What you can expect

Continue your scuba diving education with a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Malta. Dive down deeper than you've done before and learn how to navigate underwater. Choose three adventure dives to complete as part of the program.

Arrive at the dive center half an hour before your course is set to begin. If you choose to complete the theory course online, it must be done beforehand so you can start the practical diving sessions upon arrival. At the dive center, get equipped with all your scuba gear and meet your instructor before getting started with the course.

The compulsory dives of the advanced course are to complete a navigation dive and a deep dive up to 30 metres. Besides these two dives, you need to complete 3 extra dives in order to gain the certification. These can range from a wreck dive, peak performance buoyancy or a dive with our underwater scooters. We an give you an idea and advice on what is best to complete based on the weather, whats available and your interests.

Within two days you can gain the certification. One day you will need to complete 3 dives and the second day to complete the remaining 2. After this you will be qualified to do dives up to 30 metres deep.
