What you can expect

  • Travel off the beaten path on a full-day tour of Mallorca. Admire the rural landscapes of the Tramuntana Mountains, visit the village of Valldemossa, and enjoy a traditional Mallorcan lunch.

Start your day with a drive along the westernmost edge of the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the rural landscapes, the mountains dramatically plunging into the sea, the terraced fields, and the rustic villages. Take in the views from the medieval Es Verger watchtower.

Next, head to Valldemossa and explore its narrow streets of Muslim origin. Learn why the village has attracted writers and artists like George Sand and Chopin, Rubén Darío, and Azorín.

Afterwards, you will leave the mountain area and travel to the flatland, where you will enjoy a full Mallorcan lunch. After your meal, head to the Bonany Hermitage, a very special place for locals, packed with very interesting stories that your guide will share with you.

The last stop of the day is at a renowned pearl factory before heading back to Palma.
