Numerous top restaurants and Michelin-starred kitchens in Mallorca feature the winery's wines on their menus.

It becomes clear as soon as you arrive that a different path is being taken here. The entire vineyard area is farmed 100 percent organically. Modern solar technology supplies the winery with sustainable energy, while its own well ensures an independent water supply. The bodega is considered a pioneer of future-oriented viticulture in Mallorca and is setting new standards in addressing the challenges of climate change.

Together, you will explore the vineyards and learn why traditional Mallorcan grape varieties are more important today than ever before. Instead of relying on international standard varieties, the bodega focuses on distinctive local vines such as Manto Negro, Prensal Blanc, Giró Ros and Malvasía de Banyalbufar, which have proven to be astonishingly resilient to heat and drought.

Afterwards, you will taste 4 selected wines right where they are produced. Your personal guide will tell you more about the winery's philosophy, the distinctive features of each grape variety and the development of modern viticulture in Mallorca. This wine tasting is accompanied by a selection of regional tapas, Mallorcan cheese and traditional specialties.
