This experimental paella and churros class will begin with an introduction to local gastronomy, explaining some details about the hams and wines that will be tasted at the start of the course.
Next, you'll learn how to prepare the paella: how to cut vegetables, the types of traditional products used, how to prepare broths, and the type of rice to use. Then, you'll learn about the stoves where our paella will be carefully cooked. After that, you'll make the churro dough with your own hands, and sugar, cinnamon, and hot chocolate will be your toppings for the day.
At the end of the course, after receiving all the chef's explanations, you'll taste your recipe and be able to evaluate yourself as a cook!!
Dare to take on this adventure. We look forward to seeing you!!!
