Meet your Licensed Guide in front of Bulle – Restaurant de Fourvière, located on Place de Fourvière. The meeting point is easily reached by the Fourvière funicular (line F2) from Vieux Lyon–Cathédrale Saint-Jean station. Exit the station and stand near the restaurant entrance overlooking the city.

Begin your walk on Fourvière Hill, the historic heart of Lyon. Learn why this hill has been sacred since Roman times and how it shaped the city’s development.
