• Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough! following the chefs demonstration.
• Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time.

Tour of the Farm (Optional):

• While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens.
• Pick fresh herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients from our garden to use in your pasta sauce.

Cooking and Tasting:

• Gather around the table while your pasta cooks.
• Enjoy the pasta you've made, accompanied by local wine and other Tuscan delicacies.
• Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert!
