    During the tour, you'll walk along a section of the imposing Renaissance walls, perfectly preserved and a symbol of the city. You will admire the magnificent St. Martin's Cathedral (admission €3, not included), which houses important works of art, and you will enter the picturesque Guinigi district, where the famous Guinigi Tower stands with its roof garden.

    The tour continues to the charming Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, built on the ancient Roman structure, and the Basilica di San Frediano, known for its extraordinary golden mosaic. You will then walk along Via Fillungo, the lively shopping street in the heart of the historic center.

    You will reach Piazza San Michele in Foro with its spectacular church, one of the most representative examples of Lucchese Romanesque architecture. Along the route, you will also see the exterior of Giacomo Puccini's Birthplace, a tribute to the famous composer.

    The tour ends in Piazza Napoleone, dominated by the Palazzo Ducale (Palazzo Pubblico), the center of the city's political life.
