Your 1-hour rental duration will begin once you are checked in on the dock. For those of you that reserved later in the evening (night rides), you must arrive on time or your rental time may be cut short. Present your voucher and your valid government-issued driver's license or ID to the clerk and sign the rental waiver to check in for your rental. You will then be fitted with a life jacket and able to board your swan boat.
