I have never been so energized after a class that brought healing, the whole process was magical. She is such a sweet and lovely person who made the room so loving. At the beginning I had a relaxation moment. I also learned breathing techniques and learned more about the fagus nerve then I had a very relaxing head massage and shoulder relaxation massage so loving I felt very safe at the end it was also so great to have a little tea round so lovingly prepared.
