We’ll wander through Broadway Market before strolling along Regent’s Canal, discovering Hackney City Farm and the colourful Columbia Road Flower Market. From there, we’ll continue through the streets of East London to Brick Lane and finish at Old Spitalfields Market.

Along the way, I’ll share the stories, characters and communities that have shaped this fascinating part of London, together with plenty of personal insights from growing up around London’s markets.

But this isn’t just about following me from one market to another. You’ll have time to explore for yourself — browse the stalls, soak up the atmosphere, discover vintage finds and, of course, try some of the incredible food along the way.
