Start your evening in Svolvær as you step on board a smooth hybrid-electric catamaran for a scenic fjord cruise toward the island of Skrova. Along the way, keep your eyes open for sea eagles as your guide shares stories of local nature and history. Upon arrival to the island, enjoy a short, guided culture walk through the village before visiting a contemporary gallery that reflects Skrova’s vibrant creative art scene.

You will then be welcomed into an intimate setting for a pop-up dinner by PopUp Norge. A seasonal culinary concept led by chefs from across Norway. Using only what’s fresh and available that day, each chef creates a 4-course menu inspired by the local surroundings, from Arctic fish to mountain lamb. No fixed menu, just spontaneous, honest food made with craft and care.

After dinner, return to the boat and cruise past Skrova’s northern white beaches under the evening light before arriving back in Svolvær, full of flavour, stories, and unforgettable views.
