Your experience begins with a walk in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards. Together, we discover how geology, climate and wine practices, including biodynamics, shape each landscape... and every wine. You will understand how the terroir and the choices of the winemaker influence the identity of a wine long before harvest. We then continue in the cellars of the estate to discover behind the scenes of the production of Alsace wines. From harvest to bottling, I explain each step with simple words and concrete examples. Fermentation, rearing, yeasts or sulphites: we approach subjects often considered complex in a clear, lively and accessible way to all. The experience ends with a guided tasting of six Alsatian wines, including Crémant, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Here, it is not a question of reciting aromas or looking for the "right answer".
