We begin by visiting Óbidos, a beautiful village north of Lisbon, characterized by medieval life within its walls. We continue to Fátima, where we will have lunch in a typical Portuguese restaurant and enjoy its cuisine. This is followed by a visit to the Sanctuary of Fátima, the site of the first apparition of Our Lady of Fátima and built in her honor and that of the three shepherds, Francisco, Lucia, and Jacinta. At this sanctuary, we can visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and, built later, the Basilica of the Holy Trinity, as well as the Chapel of the Apparitions, where international masses are celebrated daily. This concludes our tour of Valinhos, where the three shepherds grew up and lived, and where the angels appeared and Our Lady of Fátima appeared for the fourth time to the shepherds.
