Learn all the secrets that chocolate holds, during this interactive chocolate workshop! You will perform the whole handcraft process of chocolate making (selecting and roasting the cacao beans, removing the cacao husk, grinding the cacao nibs (the same way the Maya did)). You will understand the history behind the famous cacao beans, and why Perú makes some of the finest chocolate around the world. Most of the time, you will even be able to taste the surprising cacao fruit.

You will prepare delicious hot chocolates and your own chocolate bonbons, with your choice of ingredients. You can take home all of your handmade chocolates unless, of course, you have already eaten them!
