If you are told there is no snorkeling today, or they don't know who your guide is - immediately call us or email us. Do not go with them, and do not give them any money. There is a free, safe parking lot there, in case you have a car. When you arrive at the building, they'll ask you for a (mandatory) donation or 'contribution'. The common amount is 1,000 colones or $2 per person.
