If you love Roll sushi and tempura and want to make them in your own country, come to my cooking class！You will learn simple methods and techniques to make popular home-cooked roll sushi and tempura. In this class,please select one of the two types of roll sushi, Seafood roll and California roll. Both sushi are made with tuna, salmon, egg rolls and vegetables and rolled using a sushi mat. Tempura uses large prawns and several seasonal vegetables, especially lotus roots and sweet potatoes are popular. I am a licensed chef and will teach you how to make it simple,in a clear and detailed way even if you are not a good cook or have never attended a cooking class before. The class is held in English in my kitchen and last 3 hours. You will cook together in a relaxed atmosphere in a small group while experiencing Japanese culture.
