LUNCH OPTIONS ON THE TOUR

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we offer several lunch options during our tour. Please review each option below and reach out to us via email or WhatsApp to let us know your preference. Your choice is needed for us to make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Lunch at The Highest Pub in Africa:
Kindly note that The Highest Pub charges an entrance fee of R200 per adult and R100 per child under 12. This fee is not included in our tour price, as visits to the pub are subject to availability. The pub also has a maximum capacity of 40 guests per day so while we do our best to secure reservations in advance (should this be your preference), availability cannot always be guaranteed. Should you wish to visit the Highest Pub, the entrance fee will be payable on the day. This fee is however a fully redeemable food and drinks voucher to use at the restaurant and bar.

If the pub does end up being fully booked, a lovely alternative is a local restaurant in Mokhotlong. From our experience, this option often makes for a more relaxed and flexible day, as the pub closes at 3pm which does place us on a slightly tighter schedule.

Our personal recommendation:

• If your main focus is seeing more of the country, culture, and landscapes, the local restaurant is a fantastic choice and allows us to get the most out of the day.
• If visiting the Highest Pub is high on your wish list, we will of course do everything we can to make that happen.

Guest are also welcome to bring along their own snacks and drinks for the day. Kindly just note that due to spacing on our group tours we are unable to accommodate large cooler boxes and picnic baskets.
