Here, you will be offered a sunset aperitif with a selection of authentic Salento delicacies – from local cheeses and cold cuts to fresh vegetables and rustic bread, all paired with regional wines.     After the aperitif, hop back on your bike to return to Lecce along golden roads and olive trees silhouetted against the light.
