  • Deepen your yoga practice with this unique class on Lanzarote island. Connect with nature, enjoy breathtaking ocean views and revel in volcanic scenery during your yoga session. Feel comfortable and relaxed with a yoga practice that caters to all levels.

Adapt the class to your abilities. Sandra, the instructor, gives postural variations according to your level and where you are in life. Relax and appreciate a session that suits your needs — be it a slower more meditative experience or a quicker more dynamic practice.

Discover postures according to specific Iyengar details with elements of Ashtanga style and finish the lesson with a relaxing mantra. Deepen your breathing, explore your body and relax with this soothing volcanic yoga session.

In case of bad weather the lesson will be held in the studio.
