What you can expect

Discover the world of freediving with a course that takes place in a single day. Learn how to hold your breath, relax, and stay comfortable underwater. Enjoy the water from below and explore the world of freediving.

Start with a theory session to learn about the basic physiology of apnea, correct breathing for freediving, relaxation, ear compensation techniques, and safety and risk prevention in apnea.

Then, head to the water for a depth session. Learn how to hold your breath, relax, and stay comfortable underwater, how to equalize your ears, and much more.

Enjoy a practical, safe, and easy way to learn how to freedive. Included: insurance with DAN and material. The certification is optional and it has a cost of 10€ to be payed at the end of the course if you want to have it.
