Immerse yourself in the Langhe, among hills and vineyards recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with an authentic experience led directly by the producer. The tour starts in the winery's most iconic vineyard: Vigna Manzotti, an “heroic vineyard” characterized by a steep slope, worked by hand and offering memorable views. Here, you'll learn about the history of the winery, its connection to the region and some unconventional projects that reflect a personal approach to winemaking.
After the walk among the rows of vines, you will move to the winery—their “hermitage”—where Simone will guide you to discover how the wines are made: from the care of the vineyard to the stages of vinification and aging. As a family-run operation of about 5.5 hectares, the winemakers oversee the entire process from the vineyard to the bottle, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach, based on daily work and informed choices.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 6 wines, with a particular focus on Nebbiolo and Moscato, as well as other offerings. The glasses will be paired with a small platter of local cured meats and cheeses, intended as a quality snack (not as a full meal). The winery is also certified for environmental sustainability, a core value of their approach to hospitality and production.
