We'll pick you up in Cangas de Onís, no waiting, no lines. We'll venture into the Picos de Europa National Park in our private vehicle, enjoying and interpreting the landscape.
We'll kick off the tour by visiting the Mirador del Príncipe viewpoint and its magnificent views over the Vega de Comeya and the Concejo de Onís.
We'll cross the old iron mines of Buferrera, limestone towers, and mine entrances that transport us to other times.
We'll then head to Lake Ercina, approaching the shore to see the peaks of the Cornión Massif reflected in its waters.
Then, a gentle climb to the Mirador de Entrelagos to enjoy the views of both lakes, and then down to Lake Enol before heading back to our vehicle.
After leaving the port, we'll stop at the most visited place in Asturias: The Sanctuary of Covadonga.
You can visit the Basilica and the Holy Cave at your own pace (this part is NOT guided), where you'll find the image of the Virgin of Covadonga, “La Santina” as she's known in Asturias.
We'll drop you back in Cangas de Onís in time to enjoy the local cuisine and delicious Asturian cider.
