Immerse yourself completely in rural life by participating in all stages of cheese production: from milk loading to curdling and fermentation, to manual extraction, shaping and the start of stewing, all guided by clear and detailed explanations.
After working in the dairy, enjoy a genuine snack of yogurt and fresh cheeses, followed by an engaging workshop on aged cheeses, during which you can try your hand at making some of the farm's typical affinages, including the famous wine cheese.
The day ends with a tasting of a selection of aged cheeses served as a buffet and accompanied by carefully paired wines.
