Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Lombardy, inside a real 1950s house overlooking Lake Maggiore. A place where tradition and conviviality meet to offer you a unique Italian regional cooking class.
You can choose the meeting point when booking: either Arona or Stresa train station.
From there, if you've chosen to depart from Arona, a scenic boat transfer will take you to Angera, on the Lombardy shore of Lake Maggiore. If you've selected the Stresa Station, the transfer will be by car along the shores of our lake.
A short walk along the lakefront, at the foot of the imposing Rocca di Angera, will lead you to the house where your culinary experience will begin.
In the kitchen, guided by passion and experience, you'll prepare two authentic Italian masterpieces: the irresistible spaghetti alla chitarra, hand-cut with the “Chitarrina,” a historic instrument that gives the pasta a unique charm, and the famous tiramisu, an iconic dessert that wins you over at the first taste.
If you have any allergies, intolerances, or simply different tastes, you can choose other dishes together when booking. Every detail will be lovingly taken care of according to your dietary needs, right up to the convivial dinner that will end the day, with laughter, great food, and good wine.
During the activity, you can also experience relaxing moments immersed in the quiet of the place, in contact with the pets and courtyard of the property.
There will be a tasting of local products at km 0 - cold cuts, cheeses, compotes, and liqueurs - to discover the true taste of the territory.
The experience is free for kids up to 15, making it a perfect opportunity to share a day of culture, good food, and Italian tradition.
