Take a stand-up paddleboard lesson at sunset in the Bay of Pisenze, one of the most peaceful and scenic areas of Lake Garda. The experience takes place in the evening, when the lake is generally calmer and the sunlight creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The lesson lasts approximately 60 minutes and is led by a certified instructor. All necessary gear is included, such as a board, paddle, and a safety device and leash. The activity begins with a short theoretical section on land, during which the basics of SUP, the correct paddling techniques, and the main safety rules are explained.
After the initial explanation, we will enter the water in a gradual and controlled manner to put what we have learned into practice and become familiar with the board in complete safety. The lesson is also suitable for first-time participants and takes place in a safe environment, ideal for stress-free learning.
During the outing, you'll have time to improve your balance and technique, paddling inside the bay as the sun sets over the lake. An experience that combines physical activity, nature, and relaxation, allowing you to experience Lake Garda from a different perspective.
