What you can expect

Meet your instructor and get ready for your adventure. Learn how to use your paddle and board before heading out onto the water.

Spend 30 minutes paddling on the water, feeling the sun on your skin and the wind in your hair. Take in the views of the lake and listen to the sound of birds chirping.

After a short break, begin your SUP yoga session. Practice breathing, meditation, and poses, including partner poses. Feel your core and concentration naturally improve as you balance on the board.

Finish your session with a cool down, lying on the board and looking up at the sky. Return to shore and use the showers and changing rooms to freshen up.

We will give you photos and videos that we shot at the end of the session.
