In the morning, visit the Djoudj ornithological park. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is the 1st water point after crossing the Sahara for migratory birds: cormorants, pelicans, whistling ducks, fishing eagles ... but also crocodiles, monitor lizards, warthogs and jackals are present. About 350 species are referenced there. Visit in a dugout canoe through the backwaters. Lunch at the park restaurant and return to Saint Louis. In the afternoon, carriage tour of the old colonial city: the Faidherbe Bridge, the homes of notables with old-fashioned charm, the Town Hall, the Cathedral, the Aéropostale Museum and the fishermen's quarter of Guet Ndar with multicolored canoes.
