Located near Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto, the shop welcomes over 50,000 foreign tourists annually for a kimono experience. The shop is a stand-alone Japanese-style villa with a Japanese garden, making kimono photography more convenient.

Step 1: Upon arrival, our staff will verify your reservation information and then guide you to choose a kimono. Due to the wide variety of kimonos available, please select the one for your paid order.

Step 2: After choosing your kimono, our staff will help you put it on. The dressing process takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: After putting on your kimono, please wait in the hairstyling area for your stylist to create your hairstyle. The styling process takes 5-10 minutes. We offer complex hairstyles for a fee; please purchase these services on the product page if you require a professional hairstyle.

Kyoto kimono experience shops are located near attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Yasaka Shrine, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the attractions

If you are a customer who has purchased photography services, please go to the kimono shop to choose your kimono first. After everything is complete, please wait patiently for the photographer to arrive. We schedule the photoshoot to begin two hours after your arrival. For example, if you choose to arrive at 11:00 AM, the photographer will meet with you around 1:00 PM.
