What you can expect

  • Begin your journey at Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), a dazzling Zen temple covered in gold leaf, its reflection on the pond creates one of Kyoto’s most iconic views.
    Next, head to the Hirano Shrine, then we will stop by a local sweets shop for a small break. The shop is famous for it's dessert with delicate taste.

    After tea break, we will visit the Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, which honors the god of learning. Admire seasonal plum blossoms and soak in centuries of tradition.
    At the end of the tour, we will walk through Kamishichiken-dori, the oldest of Kyoto's five geisha districts.
