2 Scuba dives, certified or beginner divers welcome! Thrilling dives await for seasoned divers or those experiencing the underwater world for the first tine! Certified divers can uncover the hidden submerged reefs, while beginners receive expert guidance from our PADI certified dive staff. Explore the beautfiul undisturbed underwater reefs of Kota Belud. After diving, savor a delicious lunch at Bigfin Beach Resort and bask on our private white sand beach or nap in a seafront hammock. In the afternoon, take advantage of our kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the stunning Mengkabar Bay at your leisure. This 'off the beaten track' yet hassle-free experience includes all necessary transfers from Kota Kinabalu, ensuring an easy adventure.

Important: Please note when booking if you are already a licenced diver, or this is your first time. We will bring beginners to an easy suitable dive location, or a more advanced site for experienced divers.

Activity itinerary

Enjoy direct hotel pickup from your location in the Kota Kinabalu or Karambunai area for transport to the tour starting point. 8:15 AM: Arrival at Mengkabar Bay Take a scenic boat ride to Bigfin private beach. 9.30AM: 1st Scuba dive 10.30AM: Surface interval on boat 11.30AM: 2nd Scuba dive 12:30 PM: Lunch Lunch at Bigfin Beach Resort restaurant. Afterward, relax on the beach and hammocks and take in the panoramic views of majestic Mount Kinabalu and the bay. 2PM: Watersports Enjoy unguided, free exploration of Mengkabar Bay with complimentary use of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. 4PM: Boat to Dragon pearl beach and transfer to Kota Kinabalu 6PM: Estimated arrival Trip Conclusion Note: Beginner divers will dive at Pandan Island, an easy shallow dive site perfect for beginners. Certified divers will dive at the Kota Belud secret submerged reefs. This is an exhilarating dive for certified divers only (licensed divers). The dive site is suitable for Open water level divers but please note that strong currents and waves can sometimes occur. IMPORTANT Please specify when booking if you are a certified diver or a beginner and require instructor supervision.
