Hyrox is a functional fitness racing format combining running and functional workouts. Classes are group fitness workouts designed to prepare you for a Hyrox race which combines 8 kilometers of running with 8 functional workout stations (alternating run -m station).
Focus on building the specific strength, endurance, and stamina required for these fixed events. Classes are open to all levels. You don’t need a competition goal to train like you have one.
