What you can expect

Begin your day with hotel pickup and head to the activity location. Start with gentle movement and grounding before a 60-minute guided breathwork session led by your facilitator. Share simple (optional) connection exercises designed to help you feel supported and comfortable within the group.

Next, experience an ice bath, guided step-by-step with coaching on breath and mindset. Take the cold in short rounds while the facilitator supports you throughout.

To close the day, head into the jungle for a silent hike to a waterfall, followed by waterfall activities that many guests describe as the most memorable part of their trip. The experience ends with a closing circle before returning to your hotel in the early evening.
