What you can expect

This special trip takes place on June 27, 2026, and takes you to the Windjammer Parade of Kiel Week – one of the great maritime highlights on the Kiel Fjord. During the parade, fascinating traditional ships, steamships and many other boats fill the fjord. From the water, you will experience this impressive sight up close and in a particularly atmospheric way.

Get on board the Förde-Adler at the Kiel/Bahnhofsbrücke pier. You will depart directly from Kiel at 10:00 AM and begin a 4.5-hour cruise on the Kiel Fjord. Enjoy the view of the bustling harbor, the sea, and the special atmosphere of Kiel Week, which during these days is all about sailing, international guests, and maritime tradition.

During the trip, you will accompany the Windjammer Parade from the ship and can experience the sailing ships from a perspective that is hardly possible from the shore. Sit back, enjoy the views of the fjord, and experience Kieler Woche where it is most impressive: on the water. After the trip, you will return to the Kiel/Bahnhofsbrücke pier around 2:30 PM.
