Following historical explanation about Kanazawa’s sushi and food culture, you will change into cooking clothes to learn how to prepare seasonal and local fish for sushi with the help of the Chef. After that, you will also make sushi by yourself and prepare Jibuni, Ishikawa local food.
After that you will enjoy your meal with a view on the oldest fountain in Japan.
