What you can expect

  • Experience an authentic Cambodian home cooking class with a local family in a typical Khmer 'village' setting. Visit the market to buy fresh local supplies, then prepare it at our homestay, Eco Lotus in it's beautiful countryside setting.

    Cook three delicious Khmer dishes, including a dessert. Choose from two classes, morning or afternoon, and vegetarian classes can be arranged.

    After the class, enjoy your meal and the beautiful paddy fields and Bokor Mountain view, and even take a dip in a cool stream (seasonal).

    Example dishes may include Fish Amok, Lok Lak, Palm Sugar Bananas, Khmer Curry (subject to change).
