Eat dishes unique to Kamakura like traditional Zen Buddhist vegetable soup from a 773 year old temple, fluffy Japanese Red Bean Pancakes (dorayaki) with matcha, walnut confections from a legendary bakery, and grilled chicken skewers (yakitori) from a local market.

Meet me at the starting point in Kita-Kamakura. We will walk towards central Kamakura, traveling through hidden side streets and quieter local areas rarely visited by tourists.
