Next, you will taste four different samples of olive oil from different regions and varieties, using certified tasting glasses and following the procedure used by professional tasters. Together, we will analyze the aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, almond, and other aromatic notes, enjoying an authentic Messinian experience in the land renowned for the production of extra virgin olive oil.
