What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The minimum age to operate an ATV is 16 years old (with parent/guardian approval).
- The remaining taxes payable are only acceptable or receiveable in cash upon arrival at check-in, either in MXN or USD.
- Infants can join the group, keep in mind that since their entry is free, they must sit on the lap of their parents/guardians during transportation, and for safety reasons they cannot participate in the activities (given their complexity), must be accompanied by their parents/guardians. Although the staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry it or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
- Lockers for personal belongings are optional; however, for safety reasons, they become mandatory if you bring certain items. If you arrive with belongings such as backpacks, bags, jewelry, watches, selfie sticks, action cameras, or any loose or hanging accessories, you will be required to store them in a locker before participating in activities like ATV riding, ziplining, or cenote swimming. These restrictions are in place to prevent accidents, as such items may fall, break, get tangled, or pose a risk to you and other participants during the activities. Small personal items like prescription glasses, sunglasses, bandanas, sports headphones, or rings are allowed. ⚠️ Please note: If you choose not to store restricted items in a locker, you will not be permitted to participate in the activities, in accordance with safety regulations. We strongly recommend traveling light and bringing only essentials, such as your phone, ID, and wallet, ideally stored in secure, zippered pockets or compact waist bags that stay close to the body.
