All bookings made for this experience are subject to strict cancellation terms due to advance operational commitments.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be treated as non-refundable.
No-shows or failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time will result in 100% cancellation charges, and no refund will be provided.
Once the booking is confirmed, we immediately allocate resources including transportation, staff, and third-party services. These costs are non-recoverable, which is why last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
Any changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be possible within 48 hours of the experience.
By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that no refunds will be issued for cancellations within the restricted time period.
