What you can expect

Join a one-hour indoor studio yoga class in the Historic Old Town of Jávea - Taught in English.

Option for group yoga classes / private yoga classes outlined below *

Experience nourishing movement and soothing, calming breathing techniques to promote relaxation and well-being. Variations are offered in each class to ensure the classes are suitable for different levels of experience. Practice in a small group setting, with a maximum of seven people per class.

GROUP SCHEDULE - €15 Per Person

MONDAY - Restorative Yoga - 20:00PM (60 Minute Class)
THURSDAY - Vinyasa Flow - 10:00AM (60 Minute Class)
SUNDAY - Slow Flow - 19:00PM (60 Minute Class)

Class Descriptions:

RESTORATIVE YOGA - A deeply relaxing, gentle practice, where all postures are either seated or laying.

VINYASA FLOW - An energising, dynamic practice, building flexibility, strength & balance.

SLOW FLOW - A gentle, flowing practice, with a blend of flowing postures & relaxation.

Beginners are recommended to attend classes in the styles of either Restorative Yoga (Monday) or Slow Flow (Sunday).

PRIVATE YOGA CLASS - From €60 (Depending On Group Size)

Available for groups of 1-7 people - A private yoga experience just for you & your chosen guests. Perfect for those who want to practice in a private setting. When selecting the private option, this will be a class just for you & your selected guests, of up to seven people.

Private sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays at 10:00AM.

All props & materials are provided for you, for both group & private yoga classes.

Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the displayed start time of class to avoid disturbing other participants once the class has started.
