Itinerary – Kyoto One-Day Tour (Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji, Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari)
08:00 – Meet at Nihonbashi Exit 2 (Namba/Shinsaibashi area), Osaka.
Look for the GOGODAY yellow flag for easy identification.
09:00 – Second meeting point at Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit (Sightseeing Bus Stop).
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. The tour will depart on time and latecomers will not be waited for.
09:30–10:30 – Explore the historic Nijo Castle, a symbol of the Tokugawa Shogunate (approx. 1 hour).
Admission: ¥800 per person / ¥1,300 with Ninomaru Palace.
Note: On closed days, this stop will be replaced by a visit to Heian Shrine.
11:00–11:40 – Visit the iconic Kinkaku-ji Temple (approx. 40 mins).
Entry ticket at your own expense.
12:30–14:30 – Discover the scenic beauty of Arashiyama (approx. 2 hours free time).
Enjoy the bamboo grove, river views, and local shops at your leisure.
15:30–16:40 – Walk through the famous Fushimi Inari Taisha and the enchanting Thousand Torii Gates (approx. 70 mins free time).
17:00 – Depart from Kyoto and begin the return journey.
Return times may vary based on traffic and conditions.
18:20 – Drop-off in the Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori area, Osaka. Tour concludes.

Know before you book
- Child policy: Free for ages 0–2 (no seat), 3+ charged as adults
- Seniors 70+ must be in good health and accompanied by an adult
- Minors under 18 must be with an adult guardian
- Not suitable for pregnant women, those with heart conditions, acrophobia, etc.
- Luggage is not recommended on one-day tours. If needed, each person may bring one item free (any size), but it must be declared when booking. Extra items cost 2,000 Yen each.
