- Vegetarian Meal: Lunch with vegetarian Iwakuni sushi-making experience (vegetarian option for dashi available) Vegetarian Iwakuni sushi made during the experience (Ingredients: lotus root, carrot, shiitake mushroom, dried gourd, greens); side dishes (Nishiki konjac with vinegared miso sauce, Iwakuni lotus root sanbai (vinegared dish), deep-fried eggplant with Awayuki salt); vegetable tempura assortment; tororo soup (grated kelp, green onion, and rolled wheat gluten); seasonal fruit
